Beneath the words, most of what matters is happening. I make visible what’s going on under the surface and give you language to bring it into the conversation. So trust grows, friction drops, and teams can move forward together again.

Tension is part of the process (see that nervous little finger over here, haha). The trick is not to shut down or become more rigid. You learn to set boundaries gently, regulate your emotions in the moment, and use tension as information rather than noise.

Hi, I'm Bianca

I bring together two worlds that, on the surface, seem far apart, but at their core are about the same thing. On one hand, I’m present at weddings, where love, connection, and meaning take center stage. On the other hand, I work with organizations, where leadership, decisions, and relationships shape the undercurrent. In both settings, it comes down to the same thing: what you see determines what you do. And when you shift your perspective, the conversation shifts too.

I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Change Management. In 2021, I published leadership research in a peer-reviewed academic journal. This gives me a solid foundation from which I bring both inspiration and sharp, substantive insight.

I’ve completed international trainings and courses in public speaking, training, improvisation, and performance. In 2024, I became runner-up in the International Evaluation Speech competition in Antwerp. I know how to hold a room and take people with me in a story.

When I talk about 'love' in an organization, I don’t mean romance. I mean humanity: respect, trust, and responsibility. That’s the foundation for collaborations that truly work.

I love bringing those two worlds together, because perspective makes a difference everywhere.
